New titles for November were down -4.6% from October and down -3.7% from November of 2017. All section segments were down between the month-over-month comparisons except for the 1.1% increase in single-section homes for the month over 2017.

Ector county led the state for new installations and the rest of the top five counties all had solid gains over October despite the overall state’s decline.
