TMHA CE: Continuing Education for TDHCA License Renewals
Welcome to the Texas Manufactured Housing Association's Online Continuing Education Program.
TMHA’s continuing education course allows license holders to take various modules according to their schedule. Users can take as few as one or as many as all modules in succession. The program will save completed module records. Once a user has earned eight or more hours, as indicated by the minimum time listed next to each module, a certification of completion will automatically be electronically submitted to TDHCA. Once renewed, your license with TDHCA is valid for two years.
This course costs $80 and has been certified by the Manufactured Housing Division of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA). Completion of eight (8) hours of this course will satisfy a licensee holder’s two-year statutory continuing education requirement.
