November 2016 Shipment Report

Texas shipments had a better November than October as multi-sections shipped rebounded with a 21% increase over the preceding month. Year-over-year was a different story however, with single and multi-section shipments down significantly from November of 2015 and at 981 total homes shipped, November marks the third month for 2016 with Texas shipments below the 1,000 home mark. By comparison, 2015 had only one such month.

Texas homes shipped out of state came down slightly from last month’s peak but still ended with the second highest total for the year, so production remains strong with out of state demand keeping output right around last year’s levels.

With one month left to close out 2015, we’ll be watching and reporting how it closed out and start looking into the new year.
