TMHA Retailer Stats Updated with My Stats Filtering

With this month's stats release we are pleased to introduce a new feature for our members with TDHCA licenses called My Stats filtering. Employees of these member locations will now see the My Stats button on a number or our reports. The new button looks like this:

When you click on the My Stats filter button you will be able to filter the stats data table by all or any of your retail licenses, retail location cities, or by the counties you installed homes into for the Titles per Installation County Report. The dropdown will look like this:

If you select all or one of your licenses, the data table will immediately display just the stats for your selection.

If you select all or one of your location or county markets, you will see your stats entries highlighted in blue along with all the other retailer entries that match that location or installation county.

Why isn't my button blue????

If you are an employee of a member company that either does not have a TDHCA license, or simply doesn't have one on record with your TMHA membership, My Stats will not be enabled for your account. Additionally any member locations that have not renewed for the given year will not be My Stats enabled.

Why don't I have all of my locations listed in My Stats????

My Stats is only enabled for renewed member locations, so if you have any locations that have not yet renewed or that you have not joined up as member locations, those locations will not be My Stats enabled. If all of your member locations are renewed and you are still not seeing those locations show up in your My Stats filter, it is possible that your user account has simply not been associated with those locations. If you believe this to be the case or you are having any other issues with My Stats, please contact us.
