Manufactured home shipments for November moved down from October with the Thanksgiving holiday reducing the number of plant production days. Despite the short month, single-section shipments were only down -1.8% from last month and came in above multi-section shipments for the first time since November of last year.
Total shipments were up slightly over November of last year with nine additional homes shipping.

Single-section shipments finally beat multi-section homes in November, we’ll see if that continues through December and into the new year
August and September retail sales are still on pace to beat shipments for those months. October and November have a chance as well.
