June 2015 Reports and July Preliminary Data

New home titles for June closed out very strong with multi-section homes out pacing singles for the month. The double digit increases both over the preceding month and over June 2014 pushed YTD new titles just a hair back into the green over last year.

Used titles were down across the board and total titling YTD is still down about one percentage point over 2014.

Looking ahead July shipments had good gains over June, but they didn't keep pace with July of 2014, and new titles processed for the month thus far are lagging behind last year as well. So while June was good, we are trending towards a similar to slightly lower new titles total on the year.
