We’re going back to Horseshoe Bay!
TMHA received such overwhelmingly positive response to our 2008 location that we’re going back again for the 57th Annual Meeting and Convention. Located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country about one hour outside of Austin, retreat to the Horseshoe Bay Resort Marriott’s 32-acre property in Horseshoe Bay, Texas on the shores of Lake LBJ. A blissful escape combined with the chance to network and socialize with your fellow TMHA members – it’s a no-brainer! Join us at the fourth quarter Board of Directors meeting and TMHA-PAC golf tournament on the Resort’s golf complex – voted number one in Texas by Texas Monthly – and gamble the night away at our third annual TMHA PAC Casino Night. Hear from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs Manufactured Housing Division Executive Director Joe Garcia. And stay through the weekend (at our great group rate of only $155) for five days of relaxation, socialization and some serious fun at one of Texas’ most beautiful destination resorts.

FINE PRINT
Convention fees include all scheduled meals, entertainment and events. Agenda and scheduled events are subject to change at TMHA’s discretion. Hotel reservations and golf tournament registration must be completed separately. Early registration discounted rate of $150 per attendee valid 10 a.m. May 26 until 5 p.m. June 26, 2009. Standard registration fee of $200 per attendee applies after 5 p.m. June 26 until 5 p.m. Sept. 1, 2009. Convention registration ends Sept. 1, 2009 at 5 p.m. Cancellation requests must be received via fax, mail or e-mail before the posted deadline. Requests received before the deadline of 5 p.m. Sept. 1 will receive a full refund less a 25 percent processing fee per attendee. Requests received after the posted deadline will not be granted. Refunds processed after Convention.
Registration only considered complete upon receipt of fee payment. Registration received after the posted deadline of Sept. 1 or at the door is considered late.
