TMHA’s 56th Annual Meeting and Convention is located in the heart of the beautiful Texas Hill Country about one hour away from Austin at the Horseshoe Bay Resort Marriott. Convention fees include all scheduled meals and entertainment. Hotel room reservations and golf tournament registration must be completed separately. Early registration discounted rate of $150 per attendee valid until 5 p.m. July 25, 2008. The first 15 members to register with their spouse will receive a $100 gift certificate valid at the Horseshoe Bay Resort Marriott Bayside Spa and Fitness Center during convention (offer valid for online registration ONLY). Standard registration fee of $200 per attendee applies June 25, 2008 after 5 p.m. until 5 p.m. Sept. 1. Convention registration ends Sept. 1, 2008 at 5 p.m.Cancellation requests must be received via fax, mail or e-mail before the posted registration deadline. Requests received before the deadline of 5 p.m. Sept. 1 will receive a full refund less a 25 percent processing fee per attendee. Requests received after the posted deadline will not be granted. Refunds processed after the 2008 Convention. Registration is complete upon receipt of fee payment. Registration received after the posted deadline of Sept. 1 or at the door is considered late. Convention materials and badges may not be available for late registrants.
